Clay work

Gowan class have been busy studying clay artists, Kathy Jeffers being their favourite choice.

After looking at how Kathy created 'pinch pots' and how she manages to get such a smooth surface they had a go at making their own pot, using a combination of techniques such as pinches, overlaps and thumb pressings to create their finished design.

Once dry, the pots will be decorated using their own painted design choices.
