Materials investigation
After examining the properties of some commonly found materials, Gowan class decided to take things one step further by attempting to change the state of some materials!
By squashing, bending, twisting, heating and cooling they found some materials can be changed temporarily and some can be changed permanently and others can be changed from a solid into a liquid and then changed back into a solid.
Their best example of this was chocolate!
Rather than waste the chocoalte after returning it to a solid we did the process again to make some yummee Chocolate Crispy Cakes!
