Primary District Cross Country Event at Sedbergh

On Monday 20th January 18 children from years 4-6 went to Sedbergh Senior School to take part in the District Cross Country trials. It was a very muddy course and the hill start was tricky -but all the children finished the race smiling.

Well done to Rosie (Yr4) who came third and won a bronze medal. We have 6 children who are going through the the next round at Hunters Hall in Penrith: Emma and Lucy (Yr6), Oliver, Harry and Jay (Yr5) and Rosie (Yr4).

All the runners did a fantastic job and we are very proud of them.
