Sedbergh Cross Country Primary District Trials 2019

This afternoon 31 runners from year 3-6 went to Sedbergh Primary School at Casterton to take part in the Primary Cross Country District Trials. They were all very excited about their races- which turned out to be far more challenging than they thought!

The races were divided into catagories:

-Year 3/4 girls and then boys

-Year 5 girls and then boys

-Year 6 girls and then boys

The entire group of children were fantastic and should be very proud of their achievements today. Their behaviour and attitude can be commended.

A special congratulations to Isla (year 3), Harry (year 4), Lucy (year 5) and Emma (year 5) who have qualified for the county trials in February. Lucy came third in her group out over 70 runners and won a bronze medal.
